Toe socks

Five toes, five compartments

When toes sit pressed against each other all day, skin rubs against skin and moisture has nowhere to go. A toe sock separates them — that is the whole idea.

Kilde® Bamboo Comfort toe socks

Five separate compartments, so skin between the toes stops rubbing against skin.

The problem

Toes pressed together all day means skin against skin and moisture with nowhere to go — the classic starting point for soreness between the toes.

Our answer

Each toe gets its own knitted compartment in bamboo viscose, which separates the surfaces and gives the moisture a fibre to travel through.

Soft where it matters. Strong where it counts.

Unlike many ordinary bamboo socks, Kilde® bamboo socks are knitted using a premium cotton-core yarn wrapped with soft bamboo viscose. This unique construction means the bamboo fibres remain in contact with your skin, providing exceptional softness and moisture management, while the cotton core provides excellent durability, strength and long-lasting shape retention.

Key benefits

  • Bamboo against the skin for exceptional softness.
  • Cotton core for superior durability.
  • Better shape retention during daily use.
  • Excellent moisture management.
  • Naturally comfortable for sensitive feet.
  • Flat toe seam and non-binding cuff for pressure-free comfort.

Why separate the toes

Skin stops rubbing against skin

Each toe gets its own knitted compartment, so the surfaces that normally press together are separated by fabric instead.

Moisture has somewhere to go

Bamboo viscose sits directly between the toes and helps move damp away from the space where it usually sits.

The same cuff and fit as our other socks

Non-binding cuff, shaped heel — a toe sock should not mean giving up the comfort construction.

For sport, and for every day

Runners have used toe socks for years. The reasons are exactly the same at home, on a warm day, in ordinary shoes.

Common questions

Do toe socks fit in normal shoes?

Yes. The knit is thin, so they work in ordinary shoes. They take a moment longer to put on than a regular sock.

Are they harder to put on?

The first few times, yes — you line the toes up one at a time. Most people find it becomes automatic within a week.

Can they be machine washed?

Yes, following the care label. Turning them inside out helps the compartments dry properly.

Are toe socks difficult to put on?

The first few times, yes — the toes go in one at a time. Most people find it automatic within a week.

Do they fit inside normal shoes?

Yes. The knit is thin, so shoe fit is unchanged for most people.

Kilde® toe socks are a comfort textile. If you have a skin problem between the toes, have it looked at by a healthcare professional — a sock is not a treatment.
